Team Description

STEERING: Operates under the direction of the CMCS School Board; oversees campaign procedures and methods.

GIFTS: Identifies methods to financially engage donors with the project; establishes timelines to achieve goals within phases of the campaign.

ALUMNI: Develops ways to renew and build relationships with alumni of CMCS.

PUBLIC RELATIONS: Creates informational tools to increase the paths of campaign communication with constituents.

SPIRITUAL EMPHASIS: Encourages and spreads prayer support for all aspects of the campaign and building project.

CONSTRUCTION OVERSIGHT: Coordinates architectural design, engineering specifications, and contractor/subcontractor agreements and contracts.
