  • Pie Assignment Shuffle: Please note the change regarding this years’ pie assignments with the intent to evenly distribute the workload among booth workers. If you have any questions, please contact your chairpersons.
  • The Market: In lieu of last years’ ‘Buy it Now’ option, we decided to meet the needs of those who want items available for immediate purchase with The Market, formerly known as The General Store.
  • Kids’ Carnival Cake Walk: We’re reintroducing the infamous Cake Walk for the kiddos! This is a fond memory of past Harvest Festivals for many and we’re so glad to have it back!

Food and Fellowship: 4:30 – 6:30 pm
The irresistible aroma will draw you to the Event Center where we will be serving a complete old-fashioned ham dinner with all the trimmings. I’d tell you to save room for some pie, but you already made that mental note, didn’t you, you smarty?  A free will donation is asked for the meal.
Snack Shack: 4:30 — 8:30 pm
For those wanting to grab a bite and leave plenty of time to browse the auction items and enjoy the other wonderful booths, the Snack Shack will meet your snacking needs. We serve pizza, nachos and cheese, super nachos, hot dogs, brats and pop. You can even satisfy your sweet tooth with an apple dumpling and caramel sauce or a brownie sundae! If your stomach wasn’t growling before, it sure is now. We know one thing’s for sure, we’ve got food covered!
International Bakery: 4:30 – 8:00 pm
(until items are sold out - items will be replenished throughout the evening)
Come and enjoy a variety of home-baked goodies. We have everything from pies, popcorn cake, breads and as always the crowd favorite, banket, and more. There are four shifts of baked goods that night. Come and let us help you check your holiday baking off that long list of yours. You’re welcome.
Sweet Shoppe: 4:30 — 8:30 pm
Satisfy your sweet tooth and reminisce about your sweetest memories. Stop in to stock up on your favorite old-fashioned candy, kettle corn and Wilhelmina peppermints. You can also sit and enjoy a variety of your favorite hot drinks.
Kids’ Carnival: 4:30 – 8:30 pm
Come and enjoy inflatables, games and treats and get all the wiggles out! The carnival will be located in the elementary gym with a $5 admission fee.
The Market: 4:30 - 8:00 pm
Peruse The Market when you arrive and find a variety of items including handmade decor, homemade canned goods, gift baskets, crafts, and more. All items in The Market are priced for immediate sale!  
Silent Auction: 4:30 – 8:00 pm (Bidder Closing Times at 6:30, 7:00, and 7:30)
Warm-up your bidding number before the Live Auction and snag that winning bid. Come ready by checking out the school website for the auction catalog and description of items.
Live Auction: 6:00 sharp
Come and join our audience of bidders for an exciting night. Check out the school website for the auction catalog and description of items and highlight your Live Auction Item List and bring it along so you can remember what to keep your eye on. We sure don’t want any regrets about leaving that special item behind! Arrive early to register for a bidders number before the auction begins and grab a good seat to avoid missing any of the action!
