2. Picture day is TODAY! Each class will be dismissed consecutively.

3. Wendell Veurink will be here today at 8:30 – 11:30. If you would like to chat with him, head on upstairs or stop in the office.

4. HS choir vocal placement for new choir members today at 10:00- Dori Hillers, Taylor Meyer, Zach Meyer; Afternoon break (1:40)- Tyler Stoel, Evan TeBrake

5. Soccer host Marshall; V starts at 4:30, JV to follow

6. VB host Montevideo; NO C team game, JV starts at 6:15, V to follow

7. Reminder to grades 7-12—Read handbook and turn in forms TOMORROW. You really never know if there will be a quiz :)

8. Grades 9-12 high school retreat is scheduled for September 10-12 at Camp Koronis. All forms and payment need to be handed into the office TODAY!!  Extra forms are available in the office. Please sign up in the office also if you plan on going.

9. Anyone interested in being a part of a praise band for chapel and/or Monday morning worship can sign up in the office. See Jeff Negen with questions.

10. CAD Drafting is available to Juniors and Seniors 8^th hour. Talk to Mrs. Slagter if you are interested.

11. If anyone needs to switch classes, talk to Mrs. Slagter soon.  She is available 2nd, 5th, 7th, and 8th hours. There have been a couple additions to the schedule.   CAD is being offered 8th hour.  Vocab Novels II is being offered 6th.

12. Seniors that want to take the Oct 23 ACT, your registrations are due September 17.

13. Sophomores- The Jostens representative will be at the high school on Wed, Sept. 8^th over lunch for you to order your class ring. Please remember to bring your order form and deposit with you to order your ring. If you already have a class ring and have any questions you can speak with the representative at that time. 14. All staff from last year, there will be a Yearbook meeting during lunch on Tuesday Sept 7.  Please get your lunch and come to the Library.  It will not take too long. Dana and Steph make sure you get the Ad letters sent out next week.  Let me know if you are having problems.
