The training team is leaded by Dejair de Souza, who has worked with Robert since the beginning of Stone Field Arabian Training.
They started working together at Farm “Sonho Meu” owned by Mr. Grissi. Dejair considers Stone Field his most important influence in Halter training techniques. He always admired his boss and friend's, Robert, skills to brake barriers so quickly with horses and obtaining incredible results in so short periods of time. “Robert has a very clear idea of what does he wants from the horse, and has the ability of transmiting this so well with clear and accurate orders to the animal..”
